At Alegria Shoes, we want you to walk in total comfort; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our hassle-free process ensures that finding your signature style is completely risk-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Alegria packaging and include all inserts to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
